Operator/ Voorbewerker Verspaning

Schunk Xycarb Technology is al 40 jaar gespecialiseerd in advisering, ontwikkeling en het produceren van geïntegreerde pakketten voor kwarts, grafiet en geavanceerde technische keramische producten. Schunk Xycarb Technology maakt bijvoorbeeld extreem nauwkeurige waferdragers van keramisch gecoat grafiet die gebruikt worden bij de productie van zowel computerchips als LED's. 

Schunk Xycarb Technology heeft 2 belangrijke productieafdelingen:

• MBA (Mechanische Bewerkings Afdeling -> zagen, draaien en frezen), en
• TCA (Thermo Chemische Afdeling) -> het chemisch reinigen, het afzetten van een ceramische laag door middel van een chemisch proces (CVD), visuele controle en het meten en verpakken van de producten.
• Voltijd (2-ploegendienst)
• Ochtend: 06.00 - 14.45 uur
• Middag: 14.45 - 24.00 uur
• Type: vaste baan
• Werklocatie: Helmond - NL

Wat ga je doen?

Als Operator/ Voorbewerker Verspaning houd jij je bezig met:

• Het zagen van grote blokken grafiet in schijven;
• Oproepen van programma's in het workcenter; instellen van de machine;
• Het zelfstandig zagen aan de workcenters;
• Het genereren van rapporten en deze interpreteren;
• Het in overleg vastleggen van de standaard bewerkingsmethoden om zo het juiste product af te kunnen leveren.

Wat breng je mee?

Om voor deze functie in aanmerking te komen is het van belang dat je:

• Beschikt over een LBO-opleiding, basis verspanen;
• Bij voorkeur aanvullende basiscursussen hebt gevolgd oftewel een basiscursus CNC programmeren (bij voorkeur Heidenhain besturing);
• Beschikt over kennis met betrekking tot verspanende gereedschappen.

Ook is het belangrijk dat je:

• Resultaat-, klant- en kwaliteitsgericht bent en open staat voor nieuwe programmeer- en/of bewerkingstechnieken;
• Een aantal jaar relevante praktijkervaring hebt opgedaan in een vergelijkbare functie in een productieomgeving;
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden hebt;
• Beschikbaar bent voor de 2-ploegendienst van 06.00 uur tot 14.45 uur en van 14.45 uur tot 24.00 uur).
