Senior Consultant Sustainability and Climate Risk

We are growing fast! In order to create a maximum positive impact at clients and in our community, we are looking for experienced consultants to join us.

The role

Our clients are diverse, but they all face a common challenge: their industries are transitioning due to environmental, social, and governance changes. Our clients need to understand and manage their risks while also seizing the opportunities that economic, geopolitical, technological, and ecological disruptions provide. Your role will be to guide them through this change, offering expert advice and ensuring project execution.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll create value for our clients and enhance your skills through ongoing learning and development. This will propel your professional and personal growth. In addition to client engagements, you will contribute to RiskSphere’s strategy, the creation of thought leadership content, and our business development.

You bring to the table…
We’re
seeking high-energy individuals who aim to maximize their growth potential while delivering value to clients. To succeed in this role and at our company during this phase, we believe

it’s

best if you bring the following:
A university degree in management, sustainable finance, or a related field.
4+ years of work experience. Consultancy experience in financial services is a clear match, but if you’ve consulted in another field or have broad experience in the risk & finance domains of corporations, we encourage you to apply.

Knowledge of and/or interest in ESG, SDGs, sustainable finance, reporting and dashboarding, climate risk and stress testing, or other topics within the sustainability and climate domain.

Interest in working for a boutique consultancy scale-up, where your contributions will shape the company’s evolution. This offers numerous opportunities but also requires agility and a ‘can-do’ mentality.

A salary between €3.650,- and €5.000,-

depending on your
experienc
e
).
