Haddad Brands Europe, founded 6 years ago, specializes in the distribution of licensed children's apparel (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Lacoste, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe. The company has experienced rapid growth since its inception and already has over 500 employees throughout Europe . We distribute our products both in wholesale, working with major specialized or multi-brand retailers, and in retail, through our in-store corners in department stores. In concrete terms, this means that if you buy children’s apparel (ages 0-7 for Nike and 0-16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether it’s in-store, online, in France, Romania, or any other European country, the product in your hands has passed through our hands even if you bought it in a Nike or Levi’s store! To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a  Merchandising Manager for JD.  CORE RESPONSABILITY  Support the seasonal biz develoment for the license brands in charge through winning merchandising strategies. Responsibility to identify opportunities in the Europe market to meet consumer needs in order to achieve sales target alongside with Margin targets and sku efficiency Conduct market analysis, market research on UK market, post mortem analysis both quantitative and qualitative to ensure future range relevancy Create directed assortment by channel bucket to ensure ranging aligns with both consumer and distribution Deliver insightful range presentation to sales teams, licensor executive, and account teams. Ensure a strong relationship and collaboration with all your stakeholder: brand licensee , sales, planning and buying, US merchandising, sourcing, Retail teams and category management counterpart. Gather input and provide clear and concise information to all relevant stakeholders  Ensure a strong cross functional division alignment to deliver the best execution. YOUR PROFILE Over 5 years of experience in fashion and sports retail, specializing in merchandising and buying. Experience in premium fashion brands as a plus SKILLS Strong presentation skills Very good analytical skills, understanding the metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the industry. Ability to anticipate customer preferences Consumer Understanding Creativity Problem solver Strong attention to detail and desire to execute with excellence Excellent interpersonal skills to work with different teams, ability to coordinates within the matrix in a fast-paced environment MS office application, excel complex formulas, PowerPoint Fluent English  EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS :  Start date : ASAP  Location : Hilversum  Employment Type : Permanent contract
