Job Evaluation Specialist
We are looking for a mature HR professional to join the Job Evaluation expert team and to become part of FrieslandCampina Global HR community.We offer a unique opportunity to learn about different businesses of FrieslandCampina and have impact in a holistic manner, that is rarely afforded in any other HR role. Working together with the (Senior) stakeholders within the HR community and (Senior) Line Managers across the businesses, you will have direct impact on the organizational structure of our company. You will contribute to the organizational design process or restructuring through building solid and sustainable job structures in line with the business strategy and challenges of the company.
Based on your expertise, knowledge and skills you will contribute to building a fit-for-purpose and adaptive organization by applying your technical knowledge of and competence in different Job Evaluation methodologies (Hay and ORBA), job architectures and maintaining job-related data in the HR systems.

Wat we vragen
Alongside your master’s degree (in HR or business related studies) and broad experience in job evaluation in large companies, you will ideally have:- Sound knowledge of and practical experience with the Hay job evaluation methodology.
- Solid understanding of a business value chain, organizational structures, business management and finance.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leaders and able to manage stakeholders with different interests and agendas.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills. Able to understand and consider the diverse opinions of involved parties ahead of a proposal.
- Compliance is second nature to you and you feel comfortable with convincing the Senior Management stakeholders in your concepts which might deviate from their expectations.
- Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, apply intuition and judgement to weigh their value and relevance to the decision at hand.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Employees and management want to understand their job responsibilities, whom they report to, what decisions they can and should make and how they interact with other people and teams within the company. An organizational structure and job architecture create this framework, where you will play a crucial role by:- Contributing to or leading Job Evaluation projects and delivering job evaluation in small and large size reorganizations as well as analyzing and advising on the structure health of organization units.
- Promoting effective and efficient organizations through the sound application of job evaluation and organizational design principles using the Hay, ORBA or other methodologies as a foundation.
- Partnering with the business and HR on implications of structural choices on job grades when designing organizations and advising on/providing alternative solutions when needed.
- Monitoring, reinforcing and intervening, if required, a solid corporate governance in job grading across FrieslandCampina to provide assurance on the standards of application, and challenge current processes, tools and methodology with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Supporting the development of relevant and fit-for-purpose tools and frameworks to facilitate the application of sound job evaluation principles.
- Utilizing job-related data to support organizational advice, leading and improving the metrics to be used and providing periodic organization and job structure reports to your stakeholders.
- Supporting Line Managers and HR in managing job structures and job evaluation by providing and presenting appropriate educational materials e.g. learning programs and guidance on the use of the Job Evaluation Manager tool, job evaluation process and governance and Global Job Title policy for the HR community.
- Maintaining and further developing the Job Architecture of FrieslandCampina in cooperation and in line with the needs of the business and new (market) trends in this area.
