Field Service Technician

Your tasks: You will be installing, maintaining and repairing our access and parking management systems. You will work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure that our systems perform optimally. Your expertise and technical skills contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the smooth operation of our systems. Our customers include healthcare institutions, municipalities, parking operators and hotels. And while you are sleeping at night, your car is being restocked so that you can immediately set off to your next customer. You will be working in a team of 11 colleagues who live throughout the country and serve our customers.• Installing and configuring Skidata access and parking management systems at customers.• Analyzing and solving malfunctions and problems in existing SKIDATA parking management systems.• Carrying out maintenance and service work to ensure the functionality and performance of the systems.• Providing instructions and explanations to customers and operators about the use and maintenance of the systems.• Breakdown services are part of the job and this is on average once every 6 don't throw you in at the deep end right away. We always start with a thorough induction program. You will work with the various departments and a colleague will be ready to show you the ropes in our systems and processes. Your profile • You have at least MBO work and thinking level.• You have an affinity with IT infrastructure and a feeling for customers. • You have good communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and English. • The application for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the application procedure. Your future • 26 vacation days and ADV days on a full-time basis.• An end-of-year bonus of a maximum of one gross month's salary, based on the group targets achieved.• A company car, a laptop and a telephone. • You will receive an additional compensation for the breakdown service.• Development is our top priority, which is why we also offer you as an employee the opportunity to follow training and education. • In this position of Field Engineer you start with a one-year contract.
