What are you going to do:

Are you a financial administrative multitasker with a passion for IT License Management? KLM at Schiphol-Rijk is looking for a full-time Financial Administrative Assistant to be the central link in our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying contracts and licenses that are about to expire. You will oversee the entire process, from requesting new purchase orders to supervising their execution. This means independently understanding business needs and working closely with Product Owners to request the right licenses.

You will translate requests into clear assignments for suppliers and request quotations, possibly negotiating terms. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include assessing quotations, verifying price indexation and processing purchase orders in the system. Throughout the process, you will carefully monitor execution and intervene when necessary. Additionally, you will consult with the financial product analyst (FPA), Product Owners, and Controllers to ensure proper financial processing, while also addressing any questions related to financial commitments.

We offer a salary between €16.47 and €21.77 per hour, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will receive a travel allowance starting from €0.19 per kilometer. But that's not all! Who are you?

You have an HBO working and thinking level in the direction of Finance & Administration and possess strong analytical skills. You excel at building and maintaining relationships and are quality-oriented and precise. Furthermore, you are an excellent planner and organizer, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
