We are looking for an Office Manager intern.
About the job
Innovative Brands is looking for an office manager intern that can come help strengthen our team for a period of 6 months. Our sales team is looking for an ambitious go-getter that can recognize and seize opportunities on an international level. The internship consists of 2 main segments; The company has transformed itself in a digital solution provider in the last couple of years and is looking for someone that can help sell these services to a larger audience . These b2b related services mainly consist of web-design and 3d configuration and other design related matters. At this time we are largely providing these services on a national basis with some projects within the EU. The other segment is targeted towards product-design related matters consisting of white-label services & the sales of our new line of Lucis 3.0 lamps from our in-house lighting brand Lucis. Both of these product-related matters are often sold on an international level which requires management of worldwide sales platforms.What do we offer?

Main tasks in the internship
o Debtor management
o Calendar management.
o Organize, prepare and take minutes of meetings
o Receiving clients and partners
o Managing complex agendas and mailboxes
o Organize business trips
o Purchase management
o Speaking to clients and relations per phone
o Ordering / management of the required office supplies
o Debtor management

About you
Who are you?o An ambitious and driven young professional that is not afraid to work hard (and get rewarded appropriately)
o Can work independently but not afraid of asking questions
o Fluent English & Dutch writing & speaking
o Familiarity with word & excel
o Not necessarily but a plus; prior experience
o And, most importantly, eager to learn and grow with the company.
