What will you be doing?

As a Customer Support Specialist you are the central point for internal as well as external relations. Furthermore you are responsible for the total order management flow:

• You are the contact person for international clients, with regard to questions about products, delivery and pricing.
• You coordinate the order management process.
• You solve problems and complaints regarding orders.
• You are pro-active when orders are changing or delayed.
• You ensure good relationships.
• You participate in project teams.

• Fluent German and fluent in English
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (order management)
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent working experience)
• Living in the Netherlands
• Great communication skills, service minded and strong problem solver
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is a hard requirement
• Fulltime available
• Ambitious and driven personality
