We are looking for an
Allround Warehouse Outbound Operator
to join a dynamic and growing warehouse environment
together with a leading company in Breda
. In this role, you will be responsible for various operational tasks to ensure that finished products are efficiently distributed to customers worldwide.

The outbound process includes
picking, labeling, packing, and shipping
, and you will receive full training to perform these tasks. Products are stored and handled in
temperature-controlled environments
, mainly
2-8°C cold storage
and
15-25°C controlled room temperature storage
.
You will work under the supervision of a first-line overviewer/supervisor and follow
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and work instructions. Tasks are performed using the
SAP Warehouse Management System
.

Key Responsibilities

Picking

outbound orders using

Radio-Frequency (RF) scanners

and an automated

Miniload storage system

.

Labeling

outbound orders according to customer specifications.

Checking

outbound orders using RF scanners.

Packing

products into

temperature-controlled shipping boxes

.

Coordinating

the loading of packed and palletized outbound orders into trucks/vans.

• Ensuring a

safe, clean, and organized workspace

with colleagues.

Additional Responsibilities

Cycle counting

inventory to ensure accuracy.

Replenishing materials

using a

Kanban system

.

Handling pharmaceutical waste

, including expired or damaged products.

Completing documentation

related to waste handling, labeling, and other warehouse processes.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in

English

(reading, speaking, and understanding).

• Strong attention to

quality and accuracy

.

Completed high school or intermediate vocational education

(Dutch:

middelbare school or MBO

).

Preferred Qualifications

(Motivation and willingness to learn are most important!)

• Experience in a

logistics or warehouse

role.

• Background in a

pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry

(or other highly regulated environment).

• Familiarity with the

SAP Warehouse Management System

.

• Proficiency in

Dutch (Nederlands)

.

Location:

On-site in

Breda, Netherlands

.

Contract:

1-year contract

with the possibility of extension.

Language:

Fluency in Dutch

is required.
