Position Overview Pedevilla is seeking a Pastry Chef to join a corporate restaurant in Noordwijk aan Zee, South Holland, Netherlands, operating Monday through Friday. Main responsibilities Prepare high quality desserts, sweets and small pastries with decorations. Ensure that products meet high standards in terms of freshness, taste and presentation. Guarantee the correct application and compliance with current regulations regarding health, hygiene and safety Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: A diploma in tourism, hospitality, or equivalent Over 5 years of experience in a similar role Experience in banqueting and private events Own a car Skills Expertise in creating menus featuring Italian, international, vegetarian, and vegan dishes Strong organizational skills and time management efficiency Proper handling of raw materials Creativity and initiative Knowledge of techniques in: pastry, baking, sous-vide cooking, low-temperature cooking, and fresh pasta making Ability to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills What We Offer Salary and level commensurate with experience Monday to Friday work schedule (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM) A dynamic, professional, and stimulating environment Pedevilla S.p.A. - Benefit Company promotes equal employment opportunities and values diversity in all areas of its operations.
