Purpose of Role
As a Sr. Professional, Retention Marketing, you will report directly to the CRM Manager for EMEA. In this role, you will oversee the seasonal creative email marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and captivate our customers. You will methodically optimize and experiment with different approaches, while leading ongoing campaigns and targeting various audience groups.You will plan and execute the seasonal ad-hoc email marketing calendar by brainstorming and collaborating with Site, Marketing, and Merchandising teams. Additionally, you’ll stay closely aligned with weekly performance metrics to identify opportunities to supplement or adapt the seasonal calendar, either to mitigate risks or take advantage of emerging trends.
You will also partner with the CRM Manager and our Analyst to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and apply email marketing levers to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Your Impact
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize all campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, send times, and more.
- Seasonal Calendar Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Site, Marketing, Merchandising) to brainstorm and plan the seasonal ad hoc email marketing calendar.
- Performance Analysis: Stay aligned with the weekly performance of the overall business, identifying opportunities to adapt or supplement the seasonal calendar in response to emerging trends or risks.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segments that integrate into the seasonal campaign calendar and identify ways to personalize content within these campaigns.
- Testing and Elevation: Develop comprehensive email testing plans, report on results, and provide recommendations for continued enhancement and elevation of campaigns.
- Mobile-First Strategy: Drive a mobile-first approach to optimize all email templates for better engagement across devices.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reporting, providing insights and actionable recommendations for future optimizations.
- End-to-End Email Management: Own the complete lifecycle of email campaigns, including strategy, campaign setup in partnership with Email Development Agency, reporting, and daily monitoring, while ensuring smooth execution (excluding content creation).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative assets are approved and ready for deployment on time.
- Email Deliverability: Support the maintenance of email deliverability and integrity across platforms, including SFMC and Bluecore.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of email marketing, consumer data and data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Understanding of campaign flow and process and how it drives digital marketing efforts
- Acute attention to detail and exemplary communication & organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with 3rd party partners
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
