The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in leading our growing ESG services team across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact by guiding our clients through their sustainability journeys while expanding our service offerings and client base.As an (Associate) Director ESG Strategy and Sustainability at Arup, you will
:- Drive business and development, securing new projects and expanding our client base.
- Oversee the design and delivery of complex consulting projects, managing both internal and client stakeholders.
- Guide and coordinate 10 consultants from different teams across Europe, delivering high-quality technical ESG advisory services.
Does this role inspire you?
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about ESG consulting for a technically led consultancy to shape the future of the built environment. We also value:- 10+ years of experience in corporate sustainability consulting, organizational strategy consultant, revelant EU policy analysis, ESG metrics and KIPs, and investment advisory.
- 5+ years of experience in ESG consulting across at least two of the following: ESG strategy, compliance reporting, sustainable investment advisory, ESG transition and organizational change.
- A proven track record of working with major clients (‘blue-chip’ or public sector) across at least three European countries.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
