Front Office Supervisor

As a Renaissance Front Office Supervisor, you’re more than just a leader—you’re the heart of our guest experience. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our Front Office runs seamlessly every day, from managing operations to inspiring and coaching your team. Working alongside the Front Office Manager, you'll foster a vibrant, motivated team environment.

Your day will consist of…

Overseeing Front Office activities between guests, the hotel, and various departments.
Supervising Front Office operations during your assigned shift to maintain a consistently high standard.
Maximizing sales revenues through up-selling.
Managing guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
Warmly welcoming guests and efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs.
Ensuring a seamless handover at the start and end of each shift.
Managing administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Assisting with various guest requests, from coordinating housekeeping to managing parking.
Sharing your expertise on local gems with both guests and team members.
Leading by example, setting the standard for exceptional service and teamwork.
Monitoring team performance and providing feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Have Hotel Experience:

Previous experience working in a hotel environment.

Are curious and passionate:

A genuine passion for discovering new experiences and creating unique, personalized guest interactions.

Have language Skills:

Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Have Opera Knowledge:

Experience with the Opera property management system.

Have Relevant Experience:

At least 1 year in a similar role, demonstrating your capability and expertise.

Personal Touch:

Ability to infuse your personal style into every guest interaction.

Flexible Availability:

Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and various shifts including days, evenings, and nights.
