About the Role:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to experience the behind-the-scenes workings of a small, dynamic company. As an all-round intern at Questomatica, you’ll dive into a variety of tasks and gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of the business. From daily operations to creative and strategic projects, this role is perfect for someone eager to explore entrepreneurship, develop diverse skills, and take on meaningful responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Game Mastering: Guide players through their escape room experiences, ensuring they have a smooth and memorable adventure.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service to players, handle inquiries, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Marketing Support: Assist with social media strategy, content creation, and analyse engagement metrics to improve company's online presence.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Step in to solve unexpected challenges in real-time, whether it’s troubleshooting during a game or adapting to changing priorities.
• Strategic Contributions: Work on broader company goals, such as developing team-building packages (like the Conscious Experience) or brainstorming new ideas for customer engagement.
• Event Planning: Occasionally assist with special events, such as birthday parties or corporate bookings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
