Ter ondersteuning van het project van onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Document Controller (project loopt tot eerste kwartaal 2026).

De functie:
Als Document Administrator maak je deel uit van het infragerelateerde projectteam en zal je ingezet worden op documentbeheer om documenten op een georganiseerde manier te beheren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte archivering van de projectdocumentatie. Binnen het project wordt gewerkt met Projectwise. Als de document administrator coordineer je ook het review proces.

Gevraagd:

• Goede/aantoonbare ervaring met werken in een document management systeem (met het maken, bewerken en delen van documenten) is een vereiste. 
• Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de nodige assertiviteit om de processen af te stemmen met het team.
• Goede beheersing van het MS-Office pakket.
• Ervaring met Projectwise is een pre.
• Aanwezigheid op de projectlocatie (regio Amsterdam) op maandag en dinsdag is noodzakelijk voor een goede samenwerking. Op donderdag werkt een deel van het team vanaf kantoor (regio Den Haag), maar aanwezighied daar is optioneel.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (woord & geschrift).
