voor onze opdrachtgever (Owner) in de regio Rotterdam, zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Buyer (contractor).

De functie:

Je houdt je in deze functie bezig met operationele- en tactische en strategische inkoop van goederen en diensten.

• Het zelfstandig opstellen van (gedifferentieerde) inkoop strategieën het inkoopbeleid;
• Voert zelfstandig onderhandelingen met leveranciers;
• Zet op eigen initiatief en/of op verzoek van de interne klanten tenders in de markt, evalueert de aanbiedingen op basis van TCO en stelt in overleg met de interne klant een commercieel en technisch advies op;
• Contractueel sterk, zowel in het opmaken als het managen van contracten (inclusief reclameren, escaleren op het juiste niveau bij leveranciers wanneer nodig). Ontwikkelt, implementeert, onderhoudt en verbetert lopende en nieuwe contracten;
• Verwerkt inkooporders (bestellen, bewaken, nazorg);
• Inventariseert toekomstige behoeften en anticipeert hierop;
• Behandelt interne- en externe klachten;
• Rapporteert op basis van verschillende Key Perfomance Indicators (KPI’s);
• Ontwikkelt inkoopstrategieën;
• Signaleert onvolkomenheden in werkmethodieken en processen. Draagt pro-actief bij in verbeteringen en optimalisatie ervan. Streven naar operational excellence en verzekert dat processen in lijn zijn met de interne procedures;
• Heeft een hands-on mentaliteit, maar is in staat om “analytisch en interpretatief” te denken om daarmee tot optimale oplossingen te kunnen komen;

Managet conflicterende belangen;

• Adviseren van het afdelingshoofd over het gebruik van methoden en toepassing van werkwijzen binnen het vakgebied.

Gevraagd:

• Technische of commerciële opleiding op HBO/HBO+ niveau, aangevuld met een technische, commerciële en/of juridische opleiding;
• In het bezit van minimaal NEVI 1 en bij voorkeur NEVI 2;
• Minimaal 3-5 jaar inkoopervaring, bij voorkeur in de (petro)chemie;
• Zelfstarter, ondernemend/pro-actief, resultaatgedreven, teamplayer, positief-kritisch.
• Overzicht kunnen houden en prioriteiten kunnen stellen;
• Resultaatgericht;
• Flexibele, zelfstandige en accurate werkhouding;
• Uitstekende contactuele eigenschappen;
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
• Kennis van MS Office pakketten.
