Dołącz do zespołu Governance& Controls w obszarze Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), który odpowiada za zapewnienie zgodności banku z regulacjami oraz najlepszymi praktykami w zakresie przeciwdziałania przestępstwom finansowym.

Tworzymy zespół ekspertów, który nie tylko reaguje na zmiany regulacyjne, ale również je przewiduje i wdraża rozwiązania minimalizujące ryzyko. Opracowujemy strategie, polityki i procedury w obszarze AML/CFT/SA, monitorujemy skuteczność kontroli oraz współpracujemy z krajowymi i międzynarodowymi regulatorami i partnerami biznesowymi.

Twoje zadania

• opracowujesz i utrzymujesz strategie, polityki i proceduryw obszarze Financial Crime (FC) zgodnie z przepisami AML/CFT/SA
• monitorujesz trendy i zmiany regulacyjne, a także je skuteczne wdrażasz w procesy, produkty i usługi banku
• na bieżąco monitorujesz środowisko kontroli, identyfikujesz ryzyka oraz inicjujesz działania ograniczające potencjalne zagrożenia
• współpracujesz z regulatorami oraz zewnętrznymi interesariuszami, takimi jak KIR, ZBP
• optymalizujesz procesy i wdrażasz zmiany redukujące powtarzalne czynności
• prowadzisz projekty, szkolenia oraz przygotowujesz raporty wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne
• wspierasz w projektowaniu i optymalizacji procesów KYC, tworzysz mechanizmy oceny ryzyka oraz jesteś odpowiedzialny/a za raportowanie zarządcze i regulacyjne

Nasze oczekiwania

• masz wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane ekonomiczne, prawnicze, w obszarze audytu),
• biegle posługujesz się w języku angielskim
• posiadasz doświadczenie we współpracy z Regulatorami,
• masz doświadczenie na analogicznym stanowisku w instytucji finansowej (minimum 5 lat – warunek konieczny),
• znasz obowiązujące regulacje, wytyczne i dobre praktyki w obszarze sankcji oraz AML/CFT, w tym dotyczących instytucji płatniczych
• masz umiejętności takie jak: szerokie i krytyczne spojrzenia na procesy/ wykonywaną pracę, otwartość na różne perspektywy i znajdowanie rozwiązań korzystnych dla różnych stron

Mile widziane 

• certyfikaty zawodowe (np. ACAMS)
• doświadczenie w pracy metodyką Agile
