A day as a Receptionist(e) at a law firm

Jij bent hét gezicht van het advocatenkantoor en ontvangt op een zeer gastvriendelijke en professionele wijze bezoekers en medewerkers. Je meldt de bezoekers aan en voorziet hen van een kop koffie of thee. De werkzaamheden zijn te verdelen in twee elementen: een ontvangstreceptie en een telefooncentrale. Bij deze balie worden de gasten voor het vergadercentrum ontvangen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden hiervoor zijn de voorbereidingen (opstelling zaal, catering etc.) en het ontvangen en begeleiden van de gasten. Deze werkzaamheden worden per dag afgewisseld dus het betreft een zeer dynamische baan. Door de verschillende taken die je vervuld is het van belang dat je een echte duizendpoot bent, thuis bent in een zakelijke omgeving en makkelijk kan schakelen.

Our ideal candidate possesses

• Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions.

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
• Live in or around Amsterdam;
• Willing to travel to work by public transportation;

Are structurally available on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., but where some flexibility is expected (e.g., regarding events or illness/leave of colleagues). D

he shifts are 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00 and 10:30-18:30.
