Royal Kaak Dough Technology is a family-oriented organisation based in Nieuwkuijk in the province of Noord-Brabant and a successful global player in the field of high-quality and reliable dough-processing machines for industrial and medium-sized bread bakeries. From our headquarters in Nieuwkuijk, a total package from sales to the development and production of standard or customer-specific machines and production lines takes place. As part of the Kaakgroep, we often work together with other international Kaakgroep members to supply complete bakeries with world-class equipment.

COORDINATOR AFTER SALES.
In the challenging position of Coordinator After Sales, you will be a direct point of contact for customers with Kaak machines. You will ensure that when new machines are purchased, a list of spare parts is drawn up with corresponding prices. You will prepare quotations for spare parts for existing customers and help customers with malfunctions. As we operate globally, you will be assigned a country area where you will be the first point of contact for breakdowns and spare parts.

Job purpose
At the request of the customer, or following a visit from a technician

Your responsibilities include:

• Taking stock of customer requirements;
• Collecting the data available internally to determine which parts should be offered;
• Determining the price and delivery time;
• Issuing complete quotations including terms of delivery and payment and following them up;
• Taking care of the necessary correspondence with the client/agent;
• Elaborating the order confirmation to the customer and the internal orders and drawings for production;
• Administrative/financial handling of any correspondence/changes;
• Taking fault reports, registering them in an ERP system and monitoring follow-up;
• Making assembly calculations for small and medium-sized projects;
• Processing visit reports, guarantee and follow-up orders and, if necessary, setting out and following up actions;
• Creating guarantee, follow-up and sales orders in the ERP system, as well as monitoring the progress of these orders.

Core requirements

• Minimum vocational education+ level and a degree in a technical field;
• Experience in preparing quotations;
• Comfortable in conducting customer discussions taking into account different cultures various levels;
• Basic knowledge of engineering (mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering) where electrical engineering is a plus;
• You learn languages easily and master at least Dutch, English and German;
• You are driven, self-starting, and stress-resistant;
• Willingness to participate in the breakdown service.
