Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment to address business requirements.
• Lead or participate in the implementation of Dynamics CRM projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and administrators.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Dynamics CRM implementations.

 

Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM.
• knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
