We are looking for a
Senior Flexcube Engineer
to play a key role in a major banking transformation. You’ll be working on
Flexcube 12.3
, driving improvements in system efficiency, release management, and automation for a globally distributed banking platform.

What You’ll Do:

Lead process improvements

to enhance Flexcube performance and scalability.

Optimize and automate

manual tasks, ensuring efficient system operations.

Manage controlled releases & change processes

, balancing innovation with stability.

Ensure seamless integration

across databases, middleware, and infrastructure.

Collaborate with stakeholders

to align technical solutions with business goals.

Your expertise

Hard Skills:

• Minimum

5 years of experience

in

Flexcube engineering

.

• Strong expertise in

Flexcube 12.3 & 14.5

,

Oracle DB 19c, SQL/PLSQL, Linux

.

• Hands-on experience with

automation and scripting

for operational efficiency.

• Proven track record in

release & change management

for stable deployments.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive and

solution-oriented mindset

.

• Strong

communication skills

for stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to

simplify complexity

and drive continuous improvement.
