Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Aminocore’s market presence internationally;
  • Conduct agricultural field trials and research to support product development and commercial applications;
  • Analyze and interpret field data to provide insights into product performance and efficacy;
  • Present research findings and technical product benefits to internal teams and external stakeholders;
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agronomists, and clients;
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners to ensure product adoption and success;
  • Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to develop compelling sales materials and strategies.

Job requirements International Technical Sales Manager

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences (HAS, Agricultural University or related field);
  • (International) experience in agricultural testing and field research;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus);
  • Strong understanding of agricultural principles, plant physiology, crop cycles, and fertilization;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (statistics, spreadsheets, databases, graphs, etc.);
  • Ability to discuss and present research data coherently, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on technical and commercial applications;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, connecting theory, practice, and application;

Preferred Qualifications


:
  • Experience in a commercial environment, preferably in companies operating in similar or related markets;
  • Value team dynamics and effective collaboration with colleagues;
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
