Foreman/Forewoman Cleaning

You are partly responsible for managing the cleaners at the location in Rucphen . You are a real pioneer in building a good, friendly and stable team (about 7 cleaners) .

You arrange replacements in case of leave/absence of your team. You are the first point of contact for the customer, you ensure the correct use of resources and materials and you signal the need for cleaning work.

You walk DKS rounds (control rounds in cleaning). In addition to the administrative actions regarding planning and time registration, you also perform all common cleaning activities yourself.

This is a
full-time

position. The working days are as follows:

• Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 14:30
• Friday 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

You will be working for a leading cleaning company via Actief Werkt! , which focuses on high-quality cleaning services throughout Nederland . Your base is Biscuit International in Rucphen , a European bakery group specializing in the production of biscuits, bread substitutes and toast. In Rucphen is the production of the biscuits, think of the classics such as Brinky's, fourree biscuits and Butterkeks. They focus on private label products and on a number of beautiful brands such as Haust, Kanjers, Buys, Bussink and the well-known Brinky biscuits. The Dutch market for biscuits and cookies is a thriving industry and includes a wide range of traditional and innovative sweet treats.

What we offer you:

✅A starting salary of €16.01 gross per hour. Do you bring a lot of experience? Then this can of course increase!
✅Weekend surcharge of 150% on the night from Friday to Saturday from 00:00
✅Weekly payment on Tuesday (can also be every 4 weeks)
✅8.33% holiday pay, on top of your gross salary
✅25 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract, on top of your gross salary

What we ask of you:

• Minimum 6 months experience in cleaning
• Experience with administration such as planning, placing orders, time registration
• Experience/affinity with leading a group
