What you'll do

As an Associate, you will get the chance to make an impact every day – no two days are the same. You will be a part of client teams from day one, not only structuring and performing analyses, but also taking on hands-on roles in client transformations and the set-up of new digital ventures. These responsibilities, in combination with the daily cooperation with Managers, Partners and clients, provide an unparalleled range and depth of opportunities.

We support your development through on-the-job coaching and formal training programs that address the challenges you will encounter as a Associate, e.g., consultancy skills, interpersonal skills, and functional digital expertise. Requirements

• Recent graduates master's study
• Academic degree with excellent results
• Operational or business development experience e.g., at a start-up, in e-commerce, in IT, or in digital marketing is a plus
• Outstanding analytical and social skills, a can-do mentality, and a passion for digital
• Start date: Flexible (every quarter)
• Please note: Dutch students must have completed their VWO.
