Summary

Als Senior Salarisadministrateur (payroll administrator) zorg je ervoor dat onze salarisadministratie in onze groeiende organisatie perfect blijft. Je werkt in een team van 5 personen vanuit Breda en voert diverse payroll werkzaamheden uit voor onze nationale, internationale en maritieme medewerkers.

Wat wij bieden
Je werkt aan de voorbereiding, productie en imputatie van (inter)nationale / maritieme salarissen;
je controleert de outputrapportages van de salarisadministratie om ervoor te zorgen dat (variabele) gegevens correct worden verwerkt;
je voert tijdige en nauwkeurige maandafsluitingsactiviteiten uit, zoals het leveren van managementrapportages van de salarisadministratie aan interne afdelingen (financiën, planning, HR) of aan externe partijen (belastingdienst, pensioenuitvoerders);

je verzorgt alle voorkomende administratieve handelingen namens de salaris- en personeelsadministratie; waaronder het controleren en verwerken van contracten, het verzamelen van urenstaten, het beheren van invoerformulieren (bijv. kostendeclaraties), het opstellen van buitenlandse belastingaangiften en het verwerken van persoonsgegevens in ons personeelsinformatiesysteem;

je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met betrekking tot salaris, verlof en ziekteverlof;
je maakt kostenberekeningen en zorg ervoor dat het aanbod van sociale zekerheid zoals pensioen, arbeidsongeschiktheid en ziektekostenverzekering up-to-date is;

je verzorgt de salarisadministratie onder diverse systemen, waaronder de CAO Bouw & Infra en CAO Waterbouw.
Diploma in Payroll Practice (PDL). Een VPS-diploma is een pre;
kennis van Nederlandse wetgeving (pensioen, 30% regeling, etc.)
uitstekende ervaring met Excel;
je bent zeer georganiseerd, zeer analytisch en detailgericht;
ervaring met payroll-administratie;
het is een pre als je ervaring hebt met PayMaster payroll-software;
vloeiend Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift;
teamspeler, nauwkeurig, klantgericht en proactief.
bij voorkeur kennis van pensioenregelingen en werknemersverzekeringen zoals arbeidsongeschiktheids-, ziektekosten-, reis- en ongevallenverzekeringen.
