We are currently looking for a 
Senior Sales Manager
who can work 
full time/ 40 hours a week
. It is preferable if you have gained experience within a Credit Management/ Financial Services / Banking environment and if you worked in an internationally operating organization. After the induction period, you can work remotely or in the office in Amsterdam if required. Please only respond when you master the

 Dutch and English language 
at a good level. This is a permanent position directly on the payroll of our client.

This 
Senior Sales Manager

is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Development of new services and product lines within the International market;
  • Analyzing customer wishes and needs to formulate service proposals;
  • Analyze market needs, identify opportunities and identify market requirements;
  • Responsible for direct acquisition and the development of customer relationships;
  • Actively supporting the sales teams worldwide with new solutions, pricing and closing the deal on a conceptual basis;
  • Actively collaborate with the sales teams worldwide to identify new transactions;
  • Responsible for timely, accurate and competitive pricing;
  • Onboarding new clients;
  • Actively supporting the service team for a high level of service and quality to the customer;
  • Drawing up a strategic sales plan;
  • Communicating the added value of new product and service developments internally and externally to stakeholders;
  • Build a strong network in industry networking groups, events and channel partners;
  • Create all kinds of new opportunities and support projects.

  • Strong understanding of financial structures and gained experience in account-, sales- and/or channel management in an international/ multi-national business environment;
  • An extensive network in the international financial field;
  • Create and develop relationships with sales/account managers and external partners;
  • A proven track record of business development;
  • Experience in Factoring, Credit Insurance, Equipment Finance, Working Capital Solutions is preferable;
  • Excellent English and Dutch language skills both written and verbal;
  • Good presentation skills to the top decision makers;
  • Result orientated, profit focused, very solution driven, flexible and highly motivated;
  • Selfstarter and able to work under remote management as well be part of a team;
  • Good organization skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects;
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
