What you’ll be doing

Do you enjoy variety, are you precise, and do you find satisfaction in keeping the administration running smoothly? Then our vacancy for an administrative assistant might be a perfect fit for you.

Together with a colleague, you will ensure a smoothly running administration. The tasks are broadly divided, but you understand each other’s work and can take over tasks to a certain extent when necessary.

Creating sales invoices
Entering and verifying purchase invoices
Processing timesheets
Managing leave registrations
Providing feedback to colleagues on matters such as leave requests
Ensuring up-to-date information in the administrative systems
Handling incoming phone calls
Performing general reception duties

In addition to sheet metal, welding, turning, and bending, we handle all construction work in-house, including post-processing. MBO level 4 education or equivalent experience.
Education or experience in administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Dutch and English.
You are precise and work efficiently.
Strong communication skills.
