We are urgently looking for a
QA/QC Coordinator
to join our team, as our operations are relocating. If you have
experience in quality control within the fresh produce industry

The Role QA/QC Coordinator

As a
QA/QC Coordinator
, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the
highest quality standards
. You will oversee
quality control processes, implement assurance procedures
, and work closely with our
growers, procurement team, and packing operations
.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement

quality control protocols

.

• Conduct

product inspections and sampling

to verify product integrity.

• Maintain

accurate documentation

and records of quality checks.

• Identify areas for

continuous improvement

and implement corrective actions.

• Visit customers to understand their

quality requirements

and maintain strong relationships.

• Monitor and evaluate

cold chain logistics

for optimal storage and transport conditions.

• Collaborate with the R&D team to review

postharvest trials

and improve product quality.

• Work closely with packing teams to ensure

adherence to quality control standards

.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in

quality control or assurance

within the fresh produce industry.

• Knowledge of

HACCP, BRC, and IFS quality standards

.

• Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

to identify trends and implement solutions.

Fluent in English

(Spanish is a plus, as you will communicate frequently with colleagues from Peru and HQ in South America).

What We Offer

Salary: €3,500 – €4,400 gross per month

, including 8% holiday allowance.
