SAP BASIS - HANA Specialist

As a SAP Basis-HANA Specialist, you will: Work at the forefront of technology, tackling new challenges and solving complex problems in a collaborative environment. Design, implement, and maintain SAP Basis solutions, ensuring system performance, security, and availability. Act as a technical leader, bridging the gap between service providers and Agile IT/Business teams. Define and supervise technical application lifecycle roadmaps and architectural mappings. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, lifecycle management, and architectural guidelines. Monitor system health, optimize infrastructure components, and oversee application security. Provide 3rd-level expertise to resolve high-priority incidents and drive structural improvements. Measure and improve technical support processes, working closely with service providers and architects. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis, including HANA administration and architecture. Expertise in designing and managing SAP landscapes with a focus on operational efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and a results-driven approach. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Agile mindset with experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks. Hands-on experience in SAP application lifecycle management, security, and DevSecOps principles. Ability to define technical requirements, design integrations/interfaces, and optimize application infrastructure. You should possess the ability to: Develop high-level technical designs and ensure seamless integration of SAP systems. Engage with external service providers and internal cloud/infrastructure teams. Monitor and enhance SAP system performance, availability, and security. Implement operational standards, maintain compliance, and drive risk management initiatives. Lead strategic planning, problem management, and application lifecycle optimization.
