When you join this team as a part-time customer service agent via YoungCapital in Leusden, you won’t just handle customer inquiries—you’ll be part of a fast-paced, startup-like environment that values innovation, flexibility, and personal growth.

The company operates exclusively online, offering customers affordable and straightforward insurance solutions through an advanced digital platform. As the customer service agent for the

German market
, you’ll play a key role in assisting customers with their questions about the company’s services via email and phone.
But there’s more: this role goes beyond customer service. Working in a startup mentality means you’ll have the chance to explore other responsibilities based on your strengths and interests. Whether it’s diving deeper into the German insurance market, improving operational processes, or contributing to marketing or tech initiatives, your role can evolve as you grow within the company.

What we ask:

• At least finished wo
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
• Fluency in German (C2 level) and either Dutch or English at a minimum B2 level;
• Experience in customer service for German-speaking customers;
• Affinity for or experience in the insurance market;
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
