About 100procent

100procent is a highly dynamic marketing automation agency that has quickly built an impressive client list, including DPG Media, Kruidvat, Allianz Direct, WE Fashion, Koninklijk Theater Carré, and many others. We are a close-knit team of about 50 colleagues. Every Friday, we gather at the office for team sessions, knowledge sharing, and a well-catered lunch, closing the week with a Friday afternoon drink.

Data Analyst at 100procent

You’ll be the expert who provides clients and colleagues with “actionable” insights. You understand the business processes and data sources relevant to our clients. Thanks to your analysis and insights, we can refine and expand our services. You know what’s needed to measure and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and the performance of various channels. This positions you at the foundation of our clients’ strategic plans. You’ll play a leading role in inspiring and persuading your 100procent colleagues, helping to build the data and information foundation of 100procent.

What are we looking for in our new colleague?

• Flexible and a true pioneer;
• Convincing, inspiring, and a strong communicator at all levels;
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst;
• Independent in selecting data sources, analysis, and data presentation;
• Knowledge of tools like PowerBI, Excel, Clickview, SAS, Tableau, or Google Data Studio;
• Experience in SQL and/or Python is a plus;
• Meticulous;
• Commercially aware.
