Industrial Automation Test Engineer

Functieomschrijving Test Case Development: Design and document test cases based on functional designs to validate engineered solutions. Testing & Verification: Perform integral function tests and acceptance tests together with the client to ensure quality. Reporting: Prepare detailed test reports from the testing results for internal and client reference. Integration: Work with various systems, including automation software, S7 PLCs, HMI systems, and network setups. Compliance: Ensure all in-house developed software is tested according to specifications and document results to meet Trinamics' high standards. Functie-eisen Educational Background: A completed Bachelor’s degree in (Technical) Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Industrial Automation Experience: Proven experience in testing PLC and SCADA applications or similar automation systems. Testing Skills: Ability to develop, design, and document test cases based on functional designs and execute integral function tests with clients. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with TIA Portal and experience in troubleshooting root cause analysis. Documentation: Strong skills in writing clear and concise documentation, including requirements, design, and testing procedures. Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team. Additional Skills (Plus):  Experience with networking in industrial automation SIMIT knowledge ISTQB certification Arbeidsvoorwaarden Salary Range: A competitive salary between €3,500 and €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
