About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Development Team Lead in Köping or Amsterdam with a strong financial background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, business-minded, and possess excellent project management skills. This role requires a hands-on leader who is ready to drive progress and ensure the successful implementation of predominately Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Digital development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, sales,operations and customer service, to develop and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and improve business processes.
• Utilize your financial expertise to provide insights and guidance on financial aspects of Salesforce projects.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
• Implement and manage project management methodologies, including Scrum, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and Salesforce advancements to drive innovation within the team.
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Skills and requirements

:

• Master of Science degree with Finance focus , Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a strong financial background.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
• Strong digital technical knowledge and the ability to stay current with emerging technologies.
• Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to drive progress and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Authorized to work in Europe without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Minimum 3 years of total experience and/or leadership experience.
• Extensive experience working in Mac environment and on Mac devices.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• Experience with other CRM systems and integration platforms
• Knowledge of financial systems and processes.
