Manager Business Office.
As Manager Business Office, you are responsible for managing the business office. The business office (20 FTE) consists of the following teams: work preparation, warehouse, shipping and transport. Through efficient working methods and good communication, you and your teams ensure optimal planning and work preparation, so that projects are realised on time.

What will you do?

• You are responsible for a team of work preparation, warehouse, forwarding and transport.
• You ensure that all parts (internal production and procurement) are delivered on time and steer an optimal capacity utilisation of the production departments.
• You plan projects and coordinate the planning with other stakeholders such as sales, engineering, purchasing, assembly and production.
• You professionalise and develop the team partly by conducting development and assessment interviews with your employees.
• You analyse and optimise the internal processes and thus take the business office to the next level.

What do we ask of you?

• University of applied sciences degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or technical business administration
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment, preferably in mechanical engineering
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams
• You recognise yourself in the following competences: leadership, overview, customer focus, continuous improvement and planning
• You feel at home in a dynamic production environment
