ARCA
is a brand new restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef, Henrique Sá Pessoa. ARCA means chest in Portuguese. The story behind this is an idea of a historic voyage. Henrique has created a unique menu focusing on the trading routes of Portugal, incorporating traditional dishes with a modern twist using Asian flavours and spices. We are looking for the jewels in our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand.We are looking for a jewel (Chef de Partie) to join the kitchen team:
- Who will prepare, produce and present memorable meals for our guests, applying energy and enthusiasm to every task
- Who will use his/her culinary skills and attention to detail to maintain high standards in quality, freshness, service, hygiene and Health & Safety
- Who will also grow his/her experience by assisting Senior Chefs with admin tasks, liaising with other teams and departments to ensure guests are satisfied
- Who is proactive in contributing to menu development and identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Who will also provide first class customer service whenever interacting directly with guests or dealing with special requests

- Who has a passion for hospitality
- With previous experience as Chef de Partie in a restaurant or hotel
