Voer jij als schilder je werk uit met al jouw passie en hecht jij waarde aan de kwaliteit van het werk dat jij aflevert bij particuliere klanten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wat ga jij doen?
Als schilder ga jij je bezig houden met het opknappen van binnen en buiten schilderwerk van onroerend goed. Dit kun en doe jij op een kwalitatief hoog niveau, maar uiteraard is dit precies waar jij goed in bent! Jouw werklocaties zullen zeer afwisselend zijn, zo werk jij de ene week voor woningcorporaties, gemeenten, vastgoedbeheerders, retail, ondernemers, aannemers, bedrijven en uiteraard bij particulieren thuis. Je werkzaamheden zullen onder ander bestaan uit:

• Zelfstandig als in teamverband werkzaamheden verrichten in het onderhoud en renovatie
• Het beoordelen van de aard en omvang van de uit te voeren werkzaamheden
• Signaleren van gebreken en waar nodig bespreken met je leidinggevende
• Zelfstandig afspraken maken met de klant/bewoners over de voortgang
• Uitvoeren van aanverwante werkzaamheden zoals houtrot-reparaties, glaszetten en behangen

Wat vragen wij van jou?
Jij weet van aanpakken met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel richting de klanten. Jij kent het vak en kan goed zelfstandig als in een teamverband werken. Daarnaast heb je:

• Bij voorkeur enige ervaring als (onderhouds)schilder
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord- en geschrift
• Een geldig rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer

Wat bieden wij jou?

Omdat jij voor diverse klanten zal schilderen werk jij door heel Zeeland. Daarnaast krijg je van ons:

• Een bruto salaris van € 2.500 – € 3.200 per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring
• Vakantiegeld van 8,33% per jaar
• Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,19 per gereden kilometer
• Uitzicht op een contract bij de opdrachtgever bij goed functioneren
• Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden
• Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf
• De keuze voor wekelijkse uitbetaling of per 4 weken
