Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Description Join the Rituals family and play a crucial role in shaping our Supply Chain Operations as we grow globally. Together, we’ll create meaningful moments for our customers and work toward a more sustainable future. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of Rituals’ global supply chain operations, supporting our retail, wholesale and e-commerce growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage daily operations in our B2B/B2C warehouses (run by our 3PL partners). You will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and with outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Daily managing the relationships and operations with Rituals’ third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Ensure that KPI and SLA targets are consistently met and exceeded by our 3PLs. Oversee smooth execution of B2B and B2C orders across multiple warehouses, especially during key market moments. You support in the order forecasting processes and ensure sufficient capacities across the Rituals’ warehouses accordingly. Drive process improvements within the warehouse operations (and beyond) as part of our Logistics Excellence initiatives.  Utilize data-driven methods to optimize performance and decision-making. Coordinate the operations for global marketplaces like Amazon. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Digital, Customer Relations, Marketing, Omni-Channel) and external stakeholders (e.g., Warehouses, Carriers). Identify opportunities for cost-savings and develop sustainable supply chain solutions. Qualifications We’re seeking a proactive professional who is passionate about logistics, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences. A degree (HBO/WO) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar logistics/3PL operations-role. Proven experience in warehousing environments. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent stakeholder and relationship management abilities. A curious mindset and ability to think outside the box to drive continuous improvement. Familiarity with systems like ERP, OMS, and TMS. Interest in Omni-Channel, e-commerce and innovative retail solutions. Additional Information YOUR PATH TO A NEW CAREER Grow with us!
