Job requirements

Technical Skills:

Programming (min 6 years relevant experience):

• Proficiency in

Python

for RegAI work (experience with FastAPI is highly desirable);

• Strong skills in

C#
and

ASP.NET Core

for building enterprise-grade applications;

Database & Infrastructure:

• Hands-on experience with

SQL

and

PostgreSQL

;

• Familiarity with

Terraform

,

Azure

, and

Cloudflare

for modern cloud-based deployments;

Front-End Development:

• Experience with

TypeScript

and

TailwindCSS

;

• Knowledge of

Svelte

and

SvelteKit

is a bonus, offering you an opportunity to work with niche frontend technology;

DevOps & Testing:

• Demonstrated experience with

automated testing

and

CI/CD pipelines

, particularly using

Azure DevOps

• Prior experience deploying and hosting applications on

What will you do

Develop and Enhance Software:

Work on our flagship products - your work will directly impact how our clients meet their stringent regulatory and compliance requirements.

Database and Cloud Management:

Utilize SQL and PostgreSQL to build robust, scalable solutions. Leverage Terraform, Azure, and Cloudflare to manage infrastructure and streamline deployments.

Front-End Innovation:

Familiarity with TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Svelte (with SvelteKit) is a plus. These technologies empower our niche, modern front-end experiences.

Quality and Automation:

Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure our software meets high-quality standards and regulatory benchmarks.

DevOps and CI/CD:

Utilize Azure Container Apps for deployments and manage CI/CD pipelines and release management using Azure DevOps.

Agile Collaboration:

Bring your extensive experience in Scrum/Agile environments to collaborate closely with our business owners, project managers, and scrum masters. Contribute to backlog prioritization, user story implementation, and iterative review processes.

Experience you will bring

• Proven track record of shipping software to customers with stringent regulatory and compliance requirements;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Agile/Scrum environments, working in close collaboration with product and project management teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Ability to thrive in environments where regulatory adherence and information security standards are the norm;
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders; capable of translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
