Een mooie kans om werkzaam te zijn binnen een organisatie die zich inzet om financiële haalbaarheid en ruimtelijke kwaliteit te laten samenkomen in complexe ontwikkelingsprojecten.

De opdrachtgever van deze vacature richt zich op het realiseren van succesvolle gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten met aanpalende onderwerpen zoals planologie, civiele techniek, grondbeleid en contractvorming.

Jouw werkaamheden betreffen:

Overleg met gemeentelijke projectleiding over lopende grondexploitaties
Uitwerken van verschillende financiële scenario s
Afstemming met ontwikkelaars over bouwlocaties
Toetsing of plannen binnen financiële kaders passen
Bespreken van planologische uitdagingen met collega s
Uitzetten van taxaties voor gronduitgiften en beoordelen van deze taxaties op waarde
Vormen van een helder financieel overzicht en concrete adviezen

Functievereisten:

Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding planologie, civiele techniek, bouwkunde, economie of gerelateerd
Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als planeconoom, gebiedseconoom of een vergelijkbare functie
Gedreven, creatief en een overtuigende persoonlijkheid die op verschillende nieveaus effectief kan communiceren
