Hitting partner for young professional female player
Help us to create perfect home conditions for our top player and to make our academy an international noticed adress!
We are looking for a female hitting partner especially for our young professional female player (17 years, about 200 DTB ladies ranking, ITF juniors level about 1400, WTN 24 but only played a few ITF tournaments, 2024 ladies 2. Bundesliga) .This job could optionally be combined with a honored team contract at position 1 or 2 in german Westfalenliga what also creates the possibility to play german price money tounaments.
Venue and Company description
We are a fast growing high perfomance tennis academy located at one of the most beautiful venues in germany.
The academy ( ) provides outstanding professional conditions: 2 indoor courts (rebound ace), 5 clay outdoor courts, experienced coaching team, ex ATP fitness coach, mental coach (ex WTA pro), restaurant, fitness area and easy access to all means of transport (railway, highway, airport).We are working to increase the number of young professional players in our academy. Actually we have a number of ambitious players younger than 14 years (vicinity of 100 km)
Job duties and responsibilities
- 4 days a week 2 hours/day guided sparring with our top player, optional tournament trips (itf/national ladies orice money)
- Additionally there is also the possibility to support the coaching team because the number of ambitious students is growing fast
Candidate qualifications and skills
the playing level should be about WTN < 20, ITF experience is desirableBenefits

- We also organize accomodation and support regarding complete administration (relocation, visa etc.).
- If you are still a professional player the academy will support you in improving your game with all our professional academy skills and a number of cooperating national high ranked male players.
- there is a very well developed national price money tournament scenery and a relevant number of itf tournaments in germany nearby you could join.
- The payment schedule and the salary is negotiable.
