Job Description
As an Operator, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the production process. You record production data, perform inspections to ensure quality, and ensure the proper handling of the manufactured products. In case of malfunctions, you act quickly to resolve them or report them to the Technical Department. You will be working in a five-shift system.Your main tasks and responsibilities as an Operator include:
- Managing the production process through machine settings;
- Performing quality controls and filling out registration forms;
- Identifying and resolving technical malfunctions and defects;
- Reporting malfunctions and updates to team leaders and the Technical Department.
Job Requirements
- MBO level of education and thinking;
- Open to working in a five-shift system;
- Preferably a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Communicative Dutch language skills
Salary and Benefits
- A gross salary between €2,400 and €2,800 per month, excluding shift allowance;
- Working in a 5-shift system with a 28% shift allowance;
