Digital & Media Solutions (D&MS) is an internationally operating system integrator with a versatile portfolio of professional audio and video equipment. Our clients mainly include facility companies in the radio and TV industry, regional broadcasters, educational institutions, and governments. Within Europe, D&MS designs, plans, and constructs studios, OB vans, boardrooms, networks, and audiovisual spaces.

the position

As a Project Manager, you are the one who takes the lead on projects within D&MS. You collaborate with colleagues to bring the project to a successful conclusion. Additionally, you work closely with our partners and subcontractors. Naturally, you ensure close communication with D&MS clients. As D&MS takes on increasingly larger projects and often acts as the main contractor, you have the ability to work with the Head of Projects to further professionalize and optimize our project approach.

In your role as Project Manager, you provide functional leadership to project teams and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. As an experienced Project Manager, you understand the importance of everyone taking responsibility, and you keep people engaged. You keep suppliers sharp by promptly identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them. This ensures that everything is achieved in terms of quality, on time, and within budget, allowing everyone to look back on a successful project. Additionally, you support our sales team in the proposal phase by defining the project approach.

Your profile

We are looking for a driven and decisive Project Manager who leads in an inspiring way, motivating continuous improvement. You are also strong in communication, customer-oriented, and a robust discussion partner for both internal and external parties. You have an HBO or WO level of education with knowledge and experience in leading projects based on the PRINCE-2 methodology being an advantage. We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in managing and realizing projects, preferably in a technically complex environment. Experience in AV is a plus.
