Hr Advisor
For our client, an international company in Venlo, we are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Advisor ( fulltime )
to join the team.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Partner for Middle Management, providing support, advice, and coaching on employee relations, engagement, employee development, and departmental challenges.
- Ensure that company policies and actions comply with local legislation and are well known to employees and Line Managers in their respective countries.
- Prepare ad hoc regional reports with relevant employee data for Finance, Payroll, and other departments as requested.
- Identify, select, and onboard talent that meets business needs and embraces the Capri culture.
- Partner with the Center of Excellence based in London and regional HR Business Partners, including senior leadership teams.
- Track sick leave in accordance with local laws, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance-related cases in the Distribution Center, collaborating closely with the relevant department Managers.
- Oversee the complete HR lifecycle and supervise HR Administrators (x2) to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of employee contracts, letters, statements, leaver documents, probation tracking, and contract prolongations in line with local laws.
- Maintain personnel files and HRIS systems for audit purposes in a timely manner.
- Support day-to-day operations of the corporate office and undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
Function requirements
- Proven HR advisor experience in an international organization (minimum 3 years), preferably in the Warehousing environment
- ER case experience
- Exposure to and knowledge of Dutch labor laws and social security regulations
- Excellent administrative, communication and organization skills
- Native Dutch and fluent in English
- Hands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude to build relationships with the Field population remotely
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience working with an HRIS system; Workday experience is a preferred.
