About the position

As a Receptionist/Service Advisor, you are the link between customers and colleagues. You ensure that customers feel welcome and contribute to flawless service administration. In addition, you enjoy contributing ideas about online visibility via social media and working from the showroom and workshop in Den Helder.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who is customer-focused, good at working together, and is happy to go the extra mile for both customers and colleagues. It is an advantage if you have some knowledge of the automotive industry.
