Denk jij dat je de uitgelezen persoon bent als voorman bij dak en gevel projecten, dan ben je aan het juiste adres. Ben jij goed in de leiding nemen en weet jij goed hoe je een team moet sturen? Als dit zo is nodigen wij je uit om verder te lezen.

Wat ga jij doen?
Als voorman ben jij degene die de leiding neemt. Dat betekend dat jij dus verantwoordelijk bent over alle projecten op de bouwlocatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles goed verloopt door alle werkzaamheden aan te sturen. Jij let dus op hoe projecten worden uitgevoerd! Hierbij komt veel kijken zoals je collega’s motiveren en beschikken over technisch inzicht. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team en zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op de werkplek en stimuleer je een goede samenwerking binnen het team. Als voorman heb je een hands-on mentaliteit en draag je bij aan de doelen van het bedrijf.

• Interesse naar de agrarische- en utiliteitssector.
• VCA (is een pré).
• Flexibiliteit, geen traditionele 9-tot-5 mentaliteit.
• Technische werkervaring is een pluspunt.
• Fulltime beschikbaar.
• Goede samenwerking met je collega’s.
