Interface Manager
Area of Rotterdam, The Netherlands

As an Interface managemer, you manage all interfaces between Contractor and the Employer’s other Contractors. This is not limited to the interfaces affecting the design. Also during the storage, construction, outfitting phase support towards the yards, and Transport and installation phase offshore is required. Here however support from the yard will be provided. You will be the single point of contact in relation to interface items.
- Certification management: You will act as a single point of contact for all items related to the certification of the platform. You have knowledge of the BSH standard requirements. External company (TuV Sud) has been contracted to support in certification matters. Close co-operation with Engineering and yards on certification, including design appraisal of tagged ( Vendor packages/ systems) and non-tagged items (subcontracts, Architectural scope and Structural steel), and the verification at the yard.
- Risk management: You will act as a single point of contact for all items related to platform risk management. The team will manage the risk register and inform you on regular basis on the status.
- Coordinate Employer deliverables such as Employer provided rely-upon information and related to Permits Employer needs to have inplace for HSI to execute scope of work at site in Germany e.g. PFB (Plan Feststellung Beschluss) and Aviation requirements.

We are looking for:
- A proactive person with technical background with medium to senior experience. A coordinator kind of person able to oversee the multi-functional landscape both engineering and construction.
