The team

The
Inside Service Sales Representatives
are a team of
Sales professionals
from across the globe focused on
up-selling
, and
closing
the maintenance/service/license
contracts
for an assigned region. The team demonstrates knowledge of the organization various products and maintenance contracts to educate customer and partners on business practices and contractual implications.

 

Responsibilities

• To work with

Channel Partners

directly and/or directly with

customers

over the telephone to

detect, develop and manager sales opportunities

First of point contact

within the sales organization for the existing customers with queries related to their installed base and service renewals

Up-selling, cross-selling

to expand within the existing accounts through

pro-active outbound calling

Customer installed based qualification through identifying customer need, and creating opportunities for:

 Service upgrades, Service Renewal Options

Prepare weekly activity and forecast reports

Requirements

Experienced Sales Professional

with a

demonstrated working history

in the

information technology and services industry

• Good verbal and written communication skills in

Dutch AND English

• Ability to

deal effectively with people

and

communicate clearly

in a

technical and non-technical way

• Aptitude for

understanding how technology products

and

solutions solve business problems

What do we offer

• Contract via Kelly Services for 9 months (40 hours per week); possible extension
• Salary depending on experience: maximum € 2250,- gross per month based on 40 hours

Start date: ASAP
