Your profile

Voorbereiding van zendingen volgens de planning;
Organisatie en planning van externe opslag;
Opmaak van werkorders voor onze operatoren;
Ontvangst van chauffeurs en controle van de documentatie;
Opvolging van goederen;
Algemene administratieve verwerking;
Goede interne/externe communicatie;
Opvolging en coördinatie van transitgoederen;
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen administratie en hebt affiniteit met logistiek;
Je houdt van planning en je kan op een gestructureerde manier overzicht bewaren;
Je bent een echte proactieve teamspeler die sterk is in communiceren met anderen.
Je weet je weg te vinden in het MS Office pakket;
Ervaring met een ERP systeem is een meerwaarde;
Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven;
