The job

As a
packaging operator
at Coroos, your working day starts with a comprehensive shift handover. The packaging team meets to discuss the results and details of the previous and upcoming shift. You are then well prepared to start your shift.

Your role as a packaging operator is to operate and optimise complex packaging machines. The tasks of a packaging operator mainly consist of the following:

• Mechanical adjustment and adjustment of packaging machines
• Solving first-line malfunctions.
• Optimising the packaging process
• Taking and checking samples;
• Autonomous maintenance.

Coroos' packaging department is developing rapidly. It works according to the OEE methodology, SMED lists and 5S guidelines. You are involved in this on a daily basis, whereby your suggested improvements are always appreciated and implemented wherever possible.

Your profile

As a packaging operator, you meet the following requirements:

• MBO working and thinking level, preferably a completed operator training;
• Experience with automated packaging machines;
• Work experience as an operator in a production environment;
• You are independent, proactive and have technical insight;
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
