Spirit Hospitality Services is looking for a receptionist(e) to work for multiple locations in Amsterdam! Are you looking for a challenging job and do you breath hospitality? We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our hospitality team! 

A day as a Receptionist(e) in Amsterdam

As a receptionist(e) you will provide 5* service. You will be deployed at various locations in Amsterdam. You are the business card of the location where you work. You also receive visitors and employees in a very friendly and cordial manner. You register visitors, provide them with coffee or tea and guide them properly. You answer questions, issue visitor passes and make sure the reception area looks neat and tidy. This work is interspersed with telephone traffic, handling e-mails and light administrative work (such as receiving and processing packages and registered mail). Because of the variety of tasks you perform, it is important that you are a jack-of-all-trades, can easily switch between tasks and know how to tackle them.

Our ideal candidate possesses

• Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions.

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
• Reside in the Amsterdam area;
• Willing to travel to work by public transportation;

That you are immediately available flexibly (min. 2 days) from Monday to Friday for alternating shifts between 06:30 and 22:30.
